Call an old friend. Connect. Laugh. Share.
Eat something with pumpkin or squash, just 'cause ya should. Try this soup or this smoothie for inspiration.
Try this new workout. All you need is your living room.
Take an early morning walk when everything is quiet. It's just you. Breathe in the fresh air and soak up the perfect peace.
Tell someone that you love them.
Tell yourself that you love YOU, your body and everything about you. That you are wonderful, beautiful and an amazing person.
Share a new recipe.
Be bold, sign up for a race in 2011 that will inspire and motivate you!
Begin the 100 push up challenge. I just did! We can do this together and have a body of steel! Muahaha!
Take 20 minutes, 30 minutes or even an hour for you. What would you do with your time?
Turn on your fav CD and dance with all of your heart! Trust me.
Fit in exercise that you LOVE. Find what you makes you want to move, what makes you smile, what invigorates you. Then DO IT!
Try something you've never done before.
